Purchased the rosemary and black pepper candle and reed diffuser at the Dornoch Market and they smell beautiful. Packaging is simple yet elegant. Would be great to see a wee shop for these products!

I was gifted one of your Lemon & Thyme candles after a friend bought it at a market when she was holidaying in the Highlands. The smell is just wonderful :) My favourite candle EVER!!! Everyone who loves candles should try this!!

All products are lovely fragrances however my firm favourite is the bergamot, coconut & vanilla. First came across Alasdair Dickson Candles etc at a fair in Dornoch Square and we were served by 2 lovely ladies (think one was Alasdair's mum??), who didn't need to convince my mum & I to end up "fully loaded" with candles and hand wash/lotion. There are many other similar products out there on the market however I won't be looking for any other brand in the future. I most recently bought more candles and a diffuser from Alasdair's craft stall in Glasgow last weekend and met him in person for the first time. What a lovely, presentable, professional young loon...I'm sure your mum is very proud. Hopefully you'll be able to keep me supplied with candles etc for a long time to come Alasdair, happy Christmas...

You simply cannot beat Alasdair Dickson’s candles (and products, generally). The fragrance of some candles dies after a couple of hours. Alasdair’s candles smell beautiful until they burn out. They last long and are very good value. Excellent Customer Care too. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else. 🎄

Bought some wax melts from Alasdair at the market in Dornoch during the summer. They smell gorgeous and are every bit as good as the (much) more expensive and we’ll known brand. Sea salt is my fav and smell lingers even when not lit- hope they come back in stock soon- wanted some for stocking fillers.

Just purchased hand and body lotion smells fabulous and so delicate on the skin.

I’ve ordered from Alasdair a few times now and it’s safe to say that they are my favourite candles - I have every intention of gifting them and then end up keeping them for myself (the three in the picture are staying put!). So many great scents to choose from, it's hard to pick just one! But it's safe to say I'm never disappointed with the quality, smell or aesthetic of Alasdair Dickson Candles. One of my all-time favourites is Cedarwood and Clove. Although Lime, Basil and Mandarin is up there too because of its subtle, versatile and refreshing scent.

Lovely candles, diffusers and melts in a variety of scents to suit everyone. Personally I prefer a more subtle smell, so sea salt and wood sage is my favourite! Also excited about bergamot, vanilla and coconut. These candles are my go to gift.
